Nestling in the heart of Carmarthen's most ancient streets, you'll find Mosaic Deli Bistro.
Open since early August 2005, Mosaic Deli Bistro has quickly embedded itself into Carmarthen life.
Bustling throughout the day and open for intimate evening dining from Thursday to Saturday,
Mosaic Deli Bistro prides itself on preparing innovative, quality food, prepared daily using only
the freshest, finest local ingredients. We're open 10-5 Monday to Saturday.
Mosaic Deli Bistro is also available for private evening functions, catering for parties of up to 30 [seated] or 50 [buffet]. We will work
closely with you to design & fine-tune the menu of your choice and will cater for all dietary requirements & tastes.
We can also provide private catering for events at your home, place of work or event.
